Aim: 
To enable students to be able to: apply standard operating procedures and the code of conduct to a work role in a service delivery organisation, manage buyer resistance in sales situations, respond to customers’ complaints in a retail or distribution environment during customer interactions and describe ways of dealing with employment relationship problems from an employee perspective. Students must be admitted to the New Zealand Certificate in Retail programme to enrol in this course.
