What happens if a programme of study at Unitec is already full?

There have been a number of programmes that have filled up quickly and are no longer accepting applications for this particular semester of study. Our latest information about each of our programmes is listed on our website. If you are unsure at all then please liase directly with your Secondary School and Community Liaison at Unitec and we will be able to help provide more detail

How do I find out about Unitec Scholarship application outcomes for my students?

Our Scholarships Committee will aim to provide outcomes of student scholarship applications directly to each school concerned. The outcome of a decision takes into account many factors and these need to be carefully considered. As soon as information is available then it will be released.

Are there other ways to verify our student’s documents?

If students aren’t able to get a hold of a JP, your respective liaison will also be able to come in and do this for you and your student.

What is the difference between conditional and unconditional offer?

A conditional offer is an offer pending on either documents that a student still needs to submit to complete their application or criteria such as academic results.

Where can I find more information on programmes?

Liaisons can come in and speak to students on opportunities that are available to them here at Unitec. Just email and book a time with your respective liaison. We also have brochures and website with all the information you need on our programmes.

I would like someone from Unitec to come to my school to talk to students on what courses you offer and help them to apply. Who can I contact?

Our Secondary School and Community team are available to support you and your students. You can contact us here to schedule an appointment. We are available for presentations, career expos, course planning sessions, individual or group appointment and many more.

I would like some resources for my careers room like brochures, prospectus, and posters. How can I order these?

You can order any resources here. One of our Secondary School and Community Liaisons will either drop off your order at school or we will send it to you via courier.
