Real Estate

If you have an interest in the property market, find yourself scanning property listings and looking through open houses, this programme is for you. Whether it’s residential or commercial real estate, you’ll learn the skills and knowledge needed to become a fully fledged licensed real estate salesperson.

Explore your options

In this 13 week programme, you'll gain an understanding of New Zealand’s real estate industry, the law of contract, land ownership and so much more.

Get familiar with auction and tender methods, council zoning, building law and the transfer of ownership and titles. Complete sale and purchase agreements, and learn about the legal requirements involved. You'll also look at how to identify misleading and deceiving conduct and misrepresentation, and develop negotiation skills.

Once you complete the qualification, you will be ready to apply for your licence. You'll enjoy flexible study options, a support system with a dedicated tutor, and lecturers who know the real estate industry inside out. It all combines to form a solid foundation for your future as a real estate star.
