Aim: 
For students to be able to apply knowledge of customer segmentation techniques to sales situations and customer focussed business relationships to sales situations. Students will also be able to employ customer services techniques to accommodate customer behavioural styles in the workplace and apply product information to selling goods in a retail environment. Students must be admitted to the New Zealand Certificate in Retail programme to enrol in this course.
