Unitec Pacific Academic Excellence Scholarships
The purpose of the Scholarship is to provide financial support to high achieving Pacific learners in undergraduate degree programmes who are motivated to make a positive difference in society.
Unitec Pacific Progression Scholarships
The purpose of this scholarship, established in 2019, is to encourage Pacific students who have successfully completed their programme of study at Unitec, to continue their higher education in a new programme of study. Pacific Progression Scholarship Recipients are expected to be involved and participate in the Unitec Pacific Community.
The scholarship is open to domestic Pacific students across Unitec, in Level 3 to 8 programmes that take at least one semester of full-time study to complete.
Unitec Pacific Success Scholarships
The Unitec Pacific Success Scholarships were established in 2017 to encourage Pacific students to pursue tertiary education at Unitec. The Pacific Success Scholarship Recipients are expected to be involved and participate in the Unitec Pacific Community.

Te Pou Aupiki
The Te Pou Aupiki Karahipi were established in 2019 to encourage Māori students who successfully complete their programme of study to continue their tertiary education at Unitec.
2026 Unitec Pacific Scholarships
Unitec Pacific Scholarships were established to support our Pacific students pursue and stay in their studies at Unitec. These scholarships recognise the success of starting a new endeavour, of completing and progressing from one programme to a new higher level programme and of continuing in a programme as a high-achieving student.

Ngā Pou Karahipi were established to support our Māori students pursue and stay in their studies at Unitec. These karahipi offer various levels of funding support depending on student's needs and level of study.

Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Scholarships
Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Scholarships were established to encourage Māori students to pursue tertiary education at Unitec. Registered members of Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei or Ngāti Whātua o Kaipara are invited to apply for this scholarship for study from a Level 3 Certificate through to a Masters Degree at Unitec.
