Unitec is committed to providing an inclusive, barrier free environment that celebrates diversity. The financial support that this scholarship offers is intended to provide learners with disabilities, support for education related costs or other living costs that could be a barrier to study.
Unitec Pacific Academic Excellence Scholarships
The purpose of the Scholarship is to provide financial support to high achieving Pacific learners in undergraduate degree programmes who are motivated to make a positive difference in society.
Unitec Pacific Progression Scholarships
The purpose of this scholarship, established in 2019, is to encourage Pacific students who have successfully completed their programme of study at Unitec, to continue their higher education in a new programme of study. Pacific Progression Scholarship Recipients are expected to be involved and participate in the Unitec Pacific Community.
The scholarship is open to domestic Pacific students across Unitec, in Level 3 to 8 programmes that take at least one semester of full-time study to complete.
Te Pou Aupiki
The Te Pou Aupiki Karahipi were established in 2019 to encourage Māori students who successfully complete their programme of study to continue their tertiary education at Unitec.

He Kahu Kōrero – Cloaks that Speak (Matariki Exhibition)
