It is likely that we have withdrawn your details from our records and no longer recognise your account. Even if your details are in our system, we are unable to autofill your details for privacy reasons (we don’t want to risk serving up your personal details to someone who isn’t you).

In either case, we are sorry that you will need to enrol as a new applicant and enter your personal details and academic history again. This should take no longer than 5 minutes on our enrolment portal.

If you are attempting to log in with an email address that ends with unitec.ac.nz, you will need to use a different email address to sign up. You can then change your preferences later.
