To enable students to participate effectively in a project team, to manage selves and others, and to scope and develop a project brief.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Pre-requisite: 120 credits at Level 5. Restriction: BSNS7351.
Topics include: 

Project scope, budget, duration (triple constraint), Network analysis / critical path / scheduling,Governance, management and responsibility, Risk management, Project progress reporting,
