To enable the student to apply and develop skills and knowledge of construction law and documentation; and to communicate effectively within the construction environment.

Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 

Students must be admitted to the NZ Diploma in Construction or the NZ Diploma in Architectural Technology or the NZ Certificate in Study & Career Preparation (L4) to enrol in this course.
