Aim: 
To develop students’ ability to critically evaluate business systems from a range of perspectives.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the Bachelor of Business programme to enrol in this course. Pre-requisites: 75 credits @ Level 5 incl. (COMM5430 or COMM5530 or BSNS5600 or BSNS5600S). Restriction: APMG6340.
Topics include: 

The process of strategic planning which includes vision and values, SWOT analysis, key opportunities and challenges, strategy formulation, setting targets, key performance indicators, goals and action plans
Competitive advantage.
Business canvas model, functional strategies, resource allocation, management systems and processes, evaluation and control
