Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the Bach Business or the GDip Business or the Bach Applied Technology to enrol in this course. Pre-requisites for BBus: BSNS5390 or APMG5390. Restriction for BBus & GDB: APMG5341. Restriction for BAT: BSNS5390.

Workforce diversity, NZ society, employment legislations, HRM process, KSAs for job requirements, Staff development, Employment laws, HR & line manager practices, Job descriptions & person specifications, Bicultural guidelines & cultural dimension
