If you are looking to view your timetable, update contact details or view your results you can access them through the Student Self Service.
Make sure you confirm your place for semester two by re-enrolling for your programme. If you need help on re-enrolling, view our re-enrolment page.
You can change your enrolment such as swap a class, drop a course or add a new course online. For more help on changing your enrolment, visit our change enrolment page.
Student Portal (MyPortal)
The student portal has been created as the one location where as a student you can enrol in courses, pay fees, update contact details, view course timetables, get results, find useful links and more.
HELP logging in to the Student Portal
- Check the login information sent to you by post or email when you started at Unitec.
- Call our IMS Help Desk on 0800 27 54 67, email email@example.com, or drop into Student Central (Te Pae Kōrero) and the team will help you out.
If you cannot login this could be due to fees being overdue. Once fees are paid you will be able to access your account the following day. If you have any queries please contact the ask IMS help desk.
Moodle is your online learning platform used to house all your course content.
