Aim: 

The aim of this course is to develop knowledge and skills of structural principles and the properties of materials and finishes applicable to building projects.

Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 

Students must enrol in the New Zealand Diploma in Architectural Technology programme or the NZ Diploma in Construction programme to enrol in this course.
