Aim: 
This course develops students’ awareness of leadership and their role and ethical responsibilities as kaiako to enhance professional practice and advocacy for rights of tamariki.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education) programme to enrol in this course. Pre-requisites: 90 Level 5 Credits including EDUC5006.
