Unitec lecturer’s photographic exhibition investigates psychodrama

The show opened on Thursday, 12 March 2025 and was attended by a large gathering of her peers, family, friends, kaimahi, ākonga and guests from the arts community.

‘Gestures and Relations’ is a photographic investigation into expressions of spontaneity in Psychodrama. The exhibited works form part of Shaw’s PhD at The University of Auckland Waipapa Taumata Rau, which she is currently completing.

Mahi Kotahi – An invitation to Manaaki Whenua

There will be four Manaaki Whenua events this year, aligned with Maramataka Māori. These gatherings bring together both the community and the wider organisation in the spirit of kaitiakitanga and manaaki whenua—care, protection, and guardianship of the land. In particular, the gatherings centre on the wāhi tapu of Te Noho Kotahitanga Marae, namely Te Waiunuroa o Wairaka and Rangimārie Pā Harakeke.
