Aim: 
This course will develop students’ knowledge and understanding of the factors that contribute to general health and fitness in order to design, implement, and evaluate initiatives and programmes for improving health and/or fitness outcomes.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the NZ Diploma in Sport, Recreation and Exercise (Multi-sector) or the NZ Certificate in Exercise or the NZ Certificate in Sport & Recreation (Community Development) to enrol in this course.
