The primary function of the ask I.M.S. Help Desk (extension 8484) is to provide a single point of contact for Unitec students and staff from all schools/departments. The Help Desk team will resolve, log, manage and co-ordinate all requests relating to our Information Technology services.
Unitec students can purchase Microsoft software at significantly discounted prices through the Student Select agreement. The software is available for purchase online at www.cycloneonline.co.nz. Laptops can also be purchased on line at www.cycloneonline.co.nz. This partnership has been endorsed by Microsoft to ensure licencing compliance while maintaining confidentiality for purchasers. All students with a current Student ID are able to purchase from this site.
