"I really like the learning environment at Unitec. Having access to workshops and being encouraged to push yourself and follow your creative pursuits is great. There are many exciting opportunities if you're willing to grab them and I'm really proud of the live projects I've taken on. In 2011 a team of us put together an exhibition for the Auckland War Memorial Museum, which made it to the finals of the Best Awards and the Interior Design Awards 2012. I'm also proud of the scholarships I have won and the hard work I put in to get them.

I love working with other people and teaching the current undergraduates is fun. I still learn things from them and I hope they learn from me too. In my masters there have been many opportunities to travel overseas, write academic papers and grow my knowledge. Once I finish, I'll look into consulting work with a UX design company or take my current project further."
