Maia Academic Support
Kia kaha, kai I te kai o te matauranga, Kia kai ai koe I te kai whakairo o te rangi
Be steadfast, devour the sustenance of knowledge. Let it be, that you reap the benefits of the world.
The Maia Māori Centre offers a Māori learning environment service for Māori students enrolled at Unitec. Maia encourages Māori students to recognise the skills they already have and to access the skills they need to achieve their goals.
