Student Success includes student centred services such as Customer Service and Resources (including student complaints), International Student Support, Learning and Achievement (including Library), Student Events and Communication (including Student Marketing), and Student Wellbeing & Support.

As Director Student Success Poutama Angitu, Annette also supports Unitec's committment to Student Voice through having Student President and Student Council report into her.
