Aim: 
This course will introduce underlying principles of sport and exercise science as and allow students to apply them in a variety of contexts related to health, well-being, physical activity, and performance.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the NZ Diploma in Sport, Recreation & Exercise (Multi-sector) or the NZ Cert in Sport Coaching or the NZ Certificate in Exercise to enrol in this course.
