Aim: 
To enable students to be able to conduct cost modelling processes, quantify work to be done and prepare estimates of cost for moderately complex buildings for bidding purposes with a focus on building services and green buildings.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the Bachelor of Construction or the Graduate Diploma in Construction Project Management to enrol in this course. Pre-requisites: For BCons: CONS6202 and CONS6104 and CONS6008.
