Aim: 
This course aims to develop knowledge of basic concepts of anatomy and physiology and how they relate to exercise programmes.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the New Zealand Certificate in Exercise (Level 4) programme to enrol in this course.
