Aim: 
To enable students to examine the relationship between a client’s strategic property needs and the procurement systems available to procure required capital works.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the Bachelor of Construction programme or the Graduate Diploma in Construction Project Management programme to enrol in this course. Restriction for BC: CONS6804.
