To enable students to apply the principles of contract law to New Zealand standard forms of contract.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the Bachelor of Construction programme or the Graduate Diploma in Construction Project Management programme to enrol in this course. Pre-requisites for BCons: CONS5818.
