Aim: 
To critically analyse collaborative practice as both a process and an outcome. This course is designed to practically explore collaboration by establishing teams composed of members with diverse backgrounds and talents who will employ systematic and intuitive techniques to negotiate and decide a range of simulated issues, exploring both the problem and its potential solutions. This course provides examples of the major theories that explore how individuals and teams operate both in an organisational and a social context, with a focus on the dynamics of teams in achieving set goals/vision and the external factors that influence effective teamwork.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the Master of Creative Practice or the Postgraduate Diploma in Creative Practice or the Postgraduate Certificate in Creative Practice to enrol in this course.
