"I love that retail is always busy. Each and every day is different, and you constantly help people and learn. I’m planning to stay within the retail industry and with Farmers, and work my way up to a management role.

The programme has been extremely relevant to my current job. It was great to be able to continue working full-time while studying in such a supportive environment with small classes. I enjoyed the various subjects the programme focuses on, from customer service to receiving stock and stock loss. The information I’ve learnt will help me through the different aspects I deal with on a daily basis. It’ll also come in handy if I want to grow within the company."
