The EAS Symposium is an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the work and research being conducted in Aotearoa New Zealand on animals, plants and the environment. The Symposium welcomes talks and posters from the following categories:

  • Environmental conservation
  • Biodiversity
  • Plants
  • Animal behaviour
  • Animal welfare
  • Veterinary nursing and animal health
  • Human behaviour change in these spaces

Our Symposium is open to a range of researchers, including undergraduate and postgraduate students, new researchers, and established researchers. Invitation to present is open to any researcher, including from academic institutes, industry organisations, and independents. Attendance is also open to anyone interested in the research environment on the above topics within Aotearoa New Zealand.
