Discussions of a broad range of photographic contexts Introduction to genre and aesthetics Introduction to photographic representation and Interpretation, ethics and semiotics
Analogue and digital cameras, lenses Ambient and studio lighting, light modifiers tripods and backgrounds Framing and composition for photography Basic staging in photography
Project planning and research Editing software and digital workflow Basic studio Health & Safety
