This course will introduce students to basic business processes and practices, develop effective communication skills relevant to a business setting and prepare students for future study
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the New Zealand Certificate in Study and Career Preparation programme to enrol in this course.
Topics include: 

This course will introduce students to basic business processes and practices, to develop effective communication skills relevant to a business setting, and will prepare students for future study. As such, the course will address the following topics
1. Business terminology and processes 2. Sustainability and ethics 3. Inspiring entrepreneurs
