Technologies for Contemporary Craft (DACA6942)

The aim of this course is to provide a broad based knowledge of contemporary materials, technologies and manufacturing processes for contemporary craft. Projects will allow for the analysis, testing and application of specific materials, technologies and manufacturing processes on a range of project outcomes. Through this process, students will gain a board overview of future developments in materials, manufacturing and technologies including their role and impact on society, culture and the environment.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the Bachelor of Creative Enterprise programme to enrol in this course.
