Have you always dreamt of a career as a nurse, but don’t have the traditional qualifications to start nursing training? This pathway provides you with a sound background in nursing and the skills to apply for Unitec’s Bachelor of Nursing programme.
Highlights
- A good basis for future nursing study: you’ll learn the basic principles associated with health and wellness and the human body, including the muscular and cardiovascular systems, microbiology, cells and genetics. You also develop your academic reading and writing skills, prepare for exams, learn to write reports and make presentations, and improve your critical-thinking skills.
