Research Focus:

The Construction CM/CE/PD Research Group’comprises ten academic researchers working collaboratively across the following sub groups/themes in particular but not exclusively:

  • Digital Technologies - Lydia Kiroff
  • Sustainable design, construction and urban development in the Architectural, Engineering, Construction sector - Roger Birchmore
  • Construction Industry Education and Professional Development - Lydia Kiroff
  • Procurement, Productivity and Prefabrication 

We are keen to partner with other research groups across Unitec and work with external academic, research and industry partners, on impactful applied research projects that are innovative and future focussed.
