To enable students to examine the creative process of production and to employ collaborative and team approaches in a range of production contexts. The course focuses on the creative relationships that develop in the making of work and the collaborative role of the specialist technician within the process of production.

Students must be admitted to the Bachelor of Performing and Screen Arts programme or the Diploma in Performance Technology programme to enrol in this course. Pre-requisites: PASA5702 & (PASA5732 or PASA5742 or PASA5752). Restriction: PASA6971.

Three-time Academy Award winning British costume designer, James Acheson, recently visited Unitec's Mt Albert campus for a series of lectures presented to students from the School of Creative Industries.
