Aim: 
This course will enable students to apply knowledge and skills in relation to non-structural exterior cladding systems and installation procedures for ceiling and wall systems.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the New Zealand Certificate in Construction Related Trades (Main Contract Supervision) programme to enrol in this course.
Topics include:

Commercial external joinery

Supervision of installation of exterior cladding systems
- work activities and methods - preparation of construction site operation - contract documentation and manufacturers specifications - monitoring of installation procedures
Installation procedures for ceilings and walls
- features - contract documentation and manufacturers specifications
Supervision of installation of ceiling and wall systems
- work activities and methods - preparation of construction site operation - contract documentation and manufacturers specifications
