Aim: 

The aim of this course is to develop the knowledge and skills to evaluate site and building limitations including environmental impacts and sustainable methods of construction.

Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 

Students must enrol in the New Zealand Diploma in Architectural Technology programme or the NZ Diploma in Construction programme to enrol in this course.
