1. The Unitec Open Day Survey Prize Draw (Competition) runs from 9am on 6 September, 2026 to 11:59pm on 13 September, 2026 (Competition Period).
  2. This Competition is administrated and run by Unitec.
  3. Entries that comply with these terms and conditions will go into the Prize Draw. By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. Participants can enter the Competition by:
        (a) attending Open Day; and
        (b) checking-in at the registration desk at either Mt Albert campus or Waitākere campus; and
        (c) completing the survey within the Competition Period.
  5. Only one entry per person will be counted.
  6. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
  7. One (1) winner will receive a prize. The prize winner will receive a fifty dollar ($50) Westfield Gift Card(Prize).
  8. The Competition draw will be conducted on 14 September, 2026 when the entry will be randomly drawn (Prize Draw). The person whose name is drawn will be contacted directly.
  9. Unitec may verify the validity of any entry into the Competition and may disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
  10. As a condition of accepting a Prize, the Prize winner agrees that Unitec may publish their first name and town/city of residence on Unitec’s social media platforms and website, for the purpose of announcing the Competition results.
  11. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the Prize Draw, or declines the Prize, Unitec may redraw the Prize. The prizes will be delivered to the winners by tracked courier service. Unitec is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the Competition or any Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
  12. Unitec will collect and hold personal information provided in relation to each Competition entry for the purposes of the Competition, conducting the Prize Draw and contacting winners. All such personal information will be held by Unitec in accordance with Unitec’s Privacy Notice. Participants have the right to request access to and correction of their personal information.
  13. All decisions of Unitec in relation to any aspect of the Competition are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. Unitec reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the Competition at any time at its sole discretion.
  15. An employee of Unitec or an immediate family member thereof cannot enter the Competition.
