School of Creative Industries

Our focus is on developing the creative, technical, critical and entrepreneurial skills that students need to succeed in the creative industries. We embrace new pedagogies for deep learning in creative practice, rather than sticking to traditional lecture style approaches, guiding our students to discover a balance between creative arts and real world sensibilities.

School overview

In the School of Creative Industries, we deliver and manage programmes that closely align to creative-related industries:

We are interested in pushing boundaries and challenging conventional thinking. We are fully committed to our students’ contribution to the growing creative industries as self-starting artists and designers. We truly believe that collaboration and a supportive creative community is the foundation for innovation.

Our staff carefully curate educational opportunities for students to thrive in the applied learning space. Fostering creativity and facilitating each student’s journey combining the artistic and practical sides of the self is the foundation of what we do. We strive to facilitate learning and development through exposure to new technologies, learning practices, critical reflection and collaboration.
