Our Industry Based Learning (IBL) programmes combine live project work and real world connections in your final year, with a focus on developing your leadership skills. Expand your knowledge of economics and marketing, and improve your communication, problem solving and decision making process. You’ll also learn to work independently as well as part of a team and develop techniques for motivating staff, improving upon process, and honing managerial techniques.
Specialise in HR, and you’ll learn about personnel issues, financial transactions, effective organisation and constructive leadership. In operations management you will grow your understanding about approaches used in the field. You will learn and apply methods in process analysis, process improvement, project management skills, managing quality, supply chain and logistics systems and approaches.
