From architecture and design, to contemporary arts and computing, Unitec will be celebrating and showcasing the creative work and achievements of this year’s stellar end-of-year and graduating students Gradfest 2017
You are warmly invited to join us for the Grand Opening of 2017 Gradfest.

Celebrate our students’ successes and view work from the newest and most innovative creators in Architecture, Design and Contemporary Arts, Landscape Architecture, Performing and Screen Arts, Business, Computer Science and in an evening showcase dedicated to excellence and innovation.
Prior to the Grand Opening we will be applauding the successes of our high-achieving students at pathway prize-giving ceremonies which will kick off throughout Building 1 and nearby spaces at 5.30pm. The Gradfest exhibition will continue to be open for public viewing from 9:30am – 4pm Fri 24th – Sun 26th November. The majority of Gradfest events will be held in Building 1, Mt Albert campus (Please use Entry 1, Carrington Rd, Mt Albert campus map).

Design and Contemporary Arts exhibition
Enjoy a visual feast of work from certificate, diploma and bachelor level students specialising in graphic design, animation, spatial design, photography and media arts, product and furniture design and contemporary arts. In addition, first and second-year students from our new Bachelor of Creative Enterprise degree will showcase innovative work integrating creative industry practice with entrepreneurial skill.

Performing and Screen Arts exhibition
Find out the winning films from this year’s Uni Shorts International Student Film Festival curated and hosted by Unitec Creative Industries. The winning films from each category will be screened in Building 1, Room 2070 (Old Chapel) from 6:30pm – 8:00pm. They can then be viewed with all other selected films from Friday, 24 November to Sunday, 26 November from 9:30am – 4:00pm. View more at Uni Shorts.
