Aim: 

To enable the student to develop an advanced socio-cultural and pedagogical knowledge related to effective coaching practice. To apply and reflect upon theoretical knowledge in practical coaching contexts.

Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 

Students must be admitted to the Bachelor of Sport programme to enrol in this course. Pre-requisites: SPOR6620 or SPOR6920. Restriction: SPOR7618. Students must enrol in both SPOR7918-SA & SPOR7918-SB to complete this course.
