Request for Letter of Confirmation

A Letter of Confirmation is a FREE service to confirm either

  • your completion of courses or programmes, and subsequent eligibility to graduate prior to graduation (typically used for Immigration Visas and/or prospective employment etc.) OR
  • your enrolment into a course or programme (typically used for Immigration visas, WINZ or funding applications such as StudyLink etc.) .

Letter of Confirmation Process

In order to apply, please print, complete and drop the form at your nearest Student Central office or e-mail a scanned copy to study@unitec.ac.nz.  This will be signed off by your Programme Leader or the relevant authority which usually takes 5 working days.

Confirmation can be posted to you, or you can arrange to pick it up from Student Central
