Aim: 
This course will introduce students to the exercise industry and their role as an exercise professional within the industry. It provides students a broad overview of gross anatomy, physiological structures, structure and functions of the body systems, and evidence based nutrition with regard to health and well-being frameworks and the design of personalised exercise programmes.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the New Zealand Certificate in Exercise (Level 4 ) programme to enrol in this course.
