Aim: 
To develop introductory knowledge of the purpose, operating principles, coordination and legislative requirements to manage a range of services in small, medium and large buildings.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the New Zealand Diploma in Construction programme or the New Zealand Diploma in Architectural Technology programme to enrol in this course. Pre-requisites: CIBC4002 & CIBC5005.
