Aim: 
Advertising Practice is a workshop-based course designed to build off LOs from Levels 5 and 6 courses in business/marketing strategy, marketing principles, consumer behaviour, advertising and promotions, marketing communications, and digital marketing. This course will enable students to work individually as well as in a team-based environment. Assessments will be designed and staggered to mesh with the campaign creation process from the beginning to its final product - the advertising campaign. This assessment approach will enable students to learn, apply and experience, hands-on, the range of skills that required in a real-world environment, to develop, drive, and manage marketing communications campaigns, from both the brand’s as well as the ad practitioner’s perspectives.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the Bachelor of Business or the Graduate Diploma in Business to enrol in this course. Pre-requisites: BBus: 240 credits. GDB: 60 credits.
