Overview

This 5-day short course is for those people preparing to sit the Electrical Workers’ Registration Board (EWRB) Electricians Regulations examination.

The course consolidates prior regulatory knowledge, overviews examination techniques, and covers previous examination papers. This is the necessary training and preparation required to sit the Electrical Regulations (ER) exam; once you have completed this short course, you’ll then need to apply directly with EWRB to sit the exam.

Candidates are advised to apply to the EWRB for confirmation of their eligibility to study this course.

Fees

  • Domestic: $ 1,075
  • International: $ 1,161.59

Note:

  • The above fee is inclusive of 15% GST and Student Services fee but does not include the EWRB/ASPEQ exam fee
  • International applicants may need insurance for this short course. Please see our Insurance page for more information

Minimum Enrolment Number

12 students
This is the minimum number of students required to run the class. Should this not be reached, you will be notified ahead of closure should this occur. Before you make any travel or accommodation arrangements, please check that your course is running.

Maximum Enrolment Number

20 students
If the minimum number of students to be enrolled is not reached, then Unitec reserves the right to cancel the class.
