Aim: 
To enable the student to develop the skills and knowledge to effectively manage, programme and monitor activities, resources and contingencies for a medium building.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the New Zealand Diploma in Construction programme to enrol in this course.
