Aim: 
To enable the student to develop skills and knowledge to evaluate site and building limitations including environmental impacts and sustainable methods of construction.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the New Zealand Diploma in Construction programme or the New Zealand Diploma in Architectural Technology programme to enrol in this course.
