Aim: 
To develop introductory knowledge, skills and understanding to analyse a range of contracts, procurement methodologies and processes for a medium building.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the New Zealand Diploma in Construction programme to enrol in this course.
