Their rohe encompasses Maunganui Bluff, which is the only known remaining location where this small herb still grows in the wild where it is threatened by grazing by feral goats.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:post-content --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n\nA new collaboration between Te Roroa, AMSRC, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aucklandbotanicgardens.co.nz\/whats-on\/news\/meeting-rare-native-plants-at-the-gardens\/\">Auckland Botanic Gardens<\/a> will investigate conservation genomics of this nationally critical plant. Funded by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.genomics-aotearoa.org.nz\/\">Genomics Aotearoa<\/a>, this kaupapa will assess genomic diversity of the remaining plants in the wild and determine whether there has been any hybridisation between ng\u0101 Roimata \u014d T\u014dhe and other <em>Pimelea<\/em> species.
